OMG! Why Didn't You Tell Me About Eric Roberson Before?

What is an artist? Have you ever stopped to ponder that VERY, VERY, IMPORTANT QUESTION? (LOL!) OK, so maybe it's only a very important question for TRUE MUSIC FANS like myself. In my opinion, many people that the world considers to be artists are merely manufactured robots and puppets; who have very little to do with the direction in which their musical careers are going. Isn't art supposed to come from the heart? At one time, lyrics and melodies that spoke to our hearts and moved our emotions in a way that can only be described as purely inspirational were the norm. Today, however, music has seemed to stray away from its intended purpose. Fortunately for the real music fans of the world there are still a few artists left that actually get the point of what music's all about.  Eric Roberson is one such artist. If you don't know who he is, you've really got to wake up and smell the music! Eric Roberson is one of the most prolific male vocalists of our time, who has obviously been influenced by the musical geniuses of yesteryear. You know, like Donnie Hathaway, Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, etc... Okay, let me stop, before I get in trouble. The truth is there are too many greats to mention in the space provided here (LOL). One blog could never, ever do all of them justice. Their music truly made the whole world sing, and dance, and make love and babies (Lol). But, seriously all jokes aside, artists like Eric Roberson don't come along everyday. Not only is he an awesome vocalist, he is a tremendous lyricist as well, and he, in my opinion, has truly found his place in the music industry. It is for that reason that his voice and music have become signature and undeniably Eric. Get to know him, and I'm sure that you'll find the value in his music that I've come to enjoy and treasure so much.
